I know that you will be an excellent leader. For you questions. My strongest quality as a leader is my ability to listen process what is being said and break it down to what is truly being said. This has come in handy when I have had to mediate between people or groups. I am an IZEA Insider and that means that I am a leader of a crew of other bloggers. I make sure that I welcome each and every blogger into my crew on IZEA's SocialSpark platform. This has helped me gather 1,200 bloggers to my crew. I now spotlight as many as I can through crew interviews on my "I'm Not A Famous Blogger" blog. I see that building up other bloggers will help them and help me in the long run.
