You had a tough audience to win over but it only took you a few minutes to have them (and me) spell-bound. Your use of personal "shtick" really kept everyone's attention. I was especially impressed with the kid you had call his Mom at work and tell her "I love You Mom!". I've recommended you to other Principals in Baltimore County Schools that I know personally.
